G-Fit workout of the Day






G-Fit workout of the Day:

2 mile run followed by

-10 reverse grip incline push ups
-10 hip thrusts off bench
-10 hip thrusts with foot elevated
-10 overhead pullover
-15 off bench crunches
Rest and repeat 3x
Dig Deep!
